DIAGNOSIS FIRST OF ALL

Our absolute recommendation is a double checkup, one with a standard medicine doctor/specialist and one with a quantum medicine doctor (look for a good quantum medicine/diagnostic specialist in your neighborhood, you’ll be happy). HOW LONG SHOULD THE PROGRAM BE RUN FOR THE TREATMENT OF AN ORGAN?

Depending on what is wrong with those organs/tissues, whether they are attacked by viruses, bacteria… or their work has weakened due to poisons or old age. In any case, first you need to make an accurate diagnosis and then combine the programs until the proper functioning and healthy condition of the organs/tissues is established. CAN EXTERNAL ANTENNAS WORK SEPARATELY OR DO THEY HAVE TO BE TOGETHER?

There are two external antennas in the UHU device. Not getting nervous, stress and breathing exercises – KEEP CALM IN EVERY SITUATION! Before every outburst, reactions that in a fraction of a second would cause stress in the body, a charge of hormones, blood pressure… count to ten, pinch yourself, turn around and do something else in the meantime… don’t let anything take you out of tact because every time you suddenly and we react violently, hormones are secreted uncontrollably, pulse jumps, pressure rises… our body remembers it, gets sick and weakens a shade. Movement – if nothing else, walk at least 5,000 steps every day. In nature, of course. Not indoors. It is 30-60 minutes. Ideally, it would be at a fast pace, certainly without running. Do some stretching and/or bodyweight exercises- squats, push-ups, some abs exercise, hang on a horizontal bar, raise your legs and hang there for a minute and that’s enough.

Rest and sleep – definitely try to go to rest on time in the evening… no later than 11 p.m. During the day, a short rest without sleeping, preferably about 15 minutes of squinting, lying down, no more

NUTRITION – we could talk about this for a long time, but the basic, most important guidelines are:

• Eliminate or at least minimize everything that has artificial additives and sugars (chocolate, cookies, cakes, biscuits, chocolates)
• Eliminate dough, pasta, pizza and flour (unnecessary carbohydrates), potatoes, white rice
• Throw out sprayed and chemically treated fruits and vegetables, factory meat products
• Eliminate carbonated and non-carbonated drinks full of sugar, alcohol to a minimum, coffee as well, even factory yogurts “with 0% fat” because they are also full of sugar
• Get rid of factory-made salty snacks like chips, breadsticks, biscuits, everything from bags, cans, boxes
• Throw away the cigarettes of course
